Leadership & Critical Hiring Engagement
End-to-end support for a single leadership or critical mid-level hire. Engagements are exclusive and structured to support disciplined execution and clear accountability.

Typical fee range: $24,000–$32,000

Selective Contingency Engagements
Contingency engagements may be considered selectively and only where role scope, compensation, ownership, and hiring process are clearly defined in advance.
Contingency engagements require exclusive representation, defined timelines, and written agreement on ownership and candidate presentation. Fee structure and terms are confirmed prior to engagement.
Replacement Policy
BESPOKE does not offer money-back guarantees.
Replacement consideration may be offered within six (6) months of a candidate’s start date, subject to continued role alignment and engagement terms. Replacement searches require a $6,500 re-engagement fee.
